Just like each snowflake has its own individual shape, every year our weather seems to have its own identity as well.  With the hot summers of the past two years along with the lower than average snowpack, our valley has endured shortages of water.  While we have had some very dry late falls and early winters the past two years, it appears that we are currently more similar to 2013 than either 2014 or 2015.  By no means is this a guarantee for adequate water in 2016, but it is a favorable start that is far ahead of that over the past two seasons.
